Your estate agent in Berlin – personally at your side
Would you like to sell your apartment, house or plot of land? I will guide you personally – from the first price assessment through marketing and individual viewings to the notary appointment. You benefit from my experience as an estate agent since 1989. I support you with all the necessary documents and am also at your side with financing questions. After the sale, I remain your contact person.
My focus is Berlin. I also broker selected properties on Ibiza and in Kitzbühel.

How I approach a sale
A successful sale starts with a realistic assessment. I explain which price is justifiable based on your property, its location and the current competing offers – honestly, even when the answer is not always comfortable.
On this basis I build the marketing: complete documents, a meaningful exposé, direct contact with registered prospective buyers and publication on the major portals. Viewings take place as individual appointments, and I check the financing of prospective buyers in advance.
From the first conversation to the notary appointment you have one dedicated contact: me.

Personal. Direct. Reliable.
I broker condominiums, houses, apartment buildings and plots of land – from small apartments to high-end properties. Occasionally also commercial space and furnished apartments for temporary rent.
You can reach me by phone every day from 10 am to 8 pm, including weekends. Appointments at my office at Droysenstraße 5 in Charlottenburg by prior arrangement.

Frequently asked questions
What does the price estimate cost?
Nothing. The initial price estimate is free of charge and non-binding for you.
How long does a sale take?
That depends on the property, its location and the price. With a realistic asking price and complete documents, it usually goes quickly. I will discuss a timetable with you at our very first meeting.
Which documents do I need?
Land register extract, energy performance certificate, floor plans and living area calculation. For owner-occupied apartments, also the declaration of division, the annual budget, the service charge statement and the minutes of the most recent owners’ meetings. Anything that is missing, I will obtain together with you.
Can I sell a rented apartment?
Yes. Rented apartments are in demand among investors. The tenancy agreement remains in place. I arrange viewings with your tenants in advance.
Who pays the commission?
When an apartment or a single-family house is sold to a consumer, sections 656c and 656d of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply: the buyer pays no more than you do. We discuss the exact amount in advance and confirm it in writing.
Do you also act as an agent outside Berlin?
My focus is Berlin. In addition, I market selected properties throughout Germany, on Ibiza and in Kitzbühel.
